What are your delivery timeframes?
Most of our standard furniture items are delivered within 5 to 10 working days. For bespoke or larger sofa sets, delivery may take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we offer a professional white-glove assembly service for a small additional fee. Our team will assemble your furniture in the room of your choice and remove all packaging.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a collection fee may apply for large furniture returns.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Every piece of furniture purchased from Honeypot Furniture comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and workmanship.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and a text message notification with a 2-hour delivery window on the day of arrival.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options including Klarna and DivideBuy to help spread the cost.
